Coby is a chiropractor and certified strength and conditioning specialist who specializes in treating low back pain. After experiencing unresolved low back pain through college and chiropractic school despite constant chiropractic care and adjustments, he began to turn to biomechanics and exercise based rehab which shaped his doctoral training and clinical approaches.
This ultimately led him to specialize in low back pain, recognizing it as more complex and affected by many different factors than "having a weak core" or "being out of alignment".
He now works with lifters whose low back pain has been labeled "chronic" and unresponsive to standard care, including patients that have failed prior chiropractic care, physical therapy, injections, or surgery.
He helps these people overcome their pain and get back to lifting and living an active lifestyle by delivering evidence based, assessment-driven, full body approach, even after other treatments have failed.

How Our Program Works
1. Consultation
We start with a brief consultation to determine if working together is the right fit for you.
2. Comprehensive Evaluation
Next, we perform a full evaluation to find the contributors to your back pain. We assess all contributors, including body mechanics, to determine exactly what needs to be addressed and estimate how long your recovery may take.
3. Customized Recovery Plan
Based on your evaluation and personal goals, we create a tailored recovery plan designed specifically for you. Your program is delivered through a custom app, giving you clear guidance and detailed instructions for every step of the process.
4. Ongoing Support
You’ll have direct, day-to-day messaging access to one of our back rehab specialists for guidance and questions.
5. Regular Re-Evaluations
We meet every 2–3 weeks to track progress and update your plan based on your response.

Pain improvement depends greatly on the underlying cause:
- If we are dealing with damaged tissue, then we have to work with tissue healing times
- In the absence of tissue damage we tend to see results quicker on average
Even in slower cases, outcomes remain excellent, and clients notice daily and weekly progress as they gradually gain strength and tolerance.
You will need access to a full gym. In order to to rehab properly as a lifter we need to be in the gym lifting!
